What happened?
Emlak Konut GYO has published the key handover schedule for Yeni Fikirtepe Phase 2 on its "Teslim İşlemleri" (handover) page. The schedule covers Blocks C, B and A on plot 3470/3 in Kadıköy, with appointments for 169 units in total.
Handovers began with Block C on Thursday 3 September 2026. Appointments for the 119 units in Block C run until 5 October. The 40 units in Block B are handed over between 5 and 9 October, and the 10 units in Block A between 9 and 12 October. The final appointment is on Monday 12 October 2026.
Appointments are on weekdays only, between 09:00 and 15:00, with five to ten handovers planned per day. Each owner can find their own date and time in the schedule by block and door number.
What does it mean?
Owners collecting their keys have three options: move in, let the flat or sell it. Whichever they choose, it helps to settle early any defects noted in the handover report, the service charge and building management arrangements, and utility connections.
Because flats in the same building are handed over in the same weeks, the first rental and sale listings from a block usually appear close together. When setting a price in this period, looking at current listings in the same block and nearby phases helps keep expectations realistic.
To list a flat through an estate agency, the owner must first grant EİDS authorisation via e-Devlet. Planning this step before handover day means the listing can go live without delay.
