An estate agency can only list your property once you, as the owner, authorise it via e-Devlet (EİDS). The rule applies to rentals and sales.
Questions owners ask us
No, the valuation is free. A service fee applies only if a sale or rental is completed, and it does not exceed the cap set by Türkiye's Regulation on Real Estate Trade.
EİDS is Türkiye's Electronic Listing Verification System, run by the Ministry of Trade. Before an agency can list your property, you must authorize it via e-Devlet — required for rentals since 1 January 2025 and for sales since 15 February 2026. We'll go through the authorization with you.
